The 7th Annual GIVC Awards
Karisma Hotels & Resorts has something incredible in store: The 7th annual GIVC awards are back to reward the people who have managed to increase their sales during the year!
The time is here to celebrate the 7th Annual Gourmet Inclusive Vacation Consultant (GIVC) Awards by Karisma, meaning that we have a great to look forward to! From fun nights, networking, reunions, gala dinners, and many more surprises in store! For this 3-day event –from the 3rd-6th of December–, several hotels will function as hosting venues for several activities! All managed and operated by Karisma.
Karisma Hotels & Resorts presents on an annual basis the GIVC Awards, a distinction given toTop Selling Agents and Wholesalers. Additionally, the executive board and directors of travel agencies, the press and owners of the hotels, Mrs. Dolores Lopez Lira and Mr. Jose Luis Martinez Alday, also join this fabulous event, particularly for the Gala Award Dinner, which gathers approximately 250 people.
A theme-biker party will kick off this year’s event! Guests must dress accordingly, with their leather jackets, chaps, boots and bandanas, any item that resembles the biker style, and do nothing but enjoy an evening filled with fun!
For day two, the Marketing Forum will take place, where sellers can meet their wholesalers, share information and get to know each other... This event will feature excellent surprises for all, so it's not to be missed!
By noon, there will be 2 lunch gatherings: the VIP Lunch for Top Sellers, which Karisma establishes as 4 and 5 diamond categories and a GIVC Lunch for sellers who reach the 1, 2 and 3 diamond categories. When the night falls in, the atmosphere is right and everyone’s all dressed up and ready to party, an Arabian Nights Beach Party will be held at El Dorado Maroma, a Beachfront Resort by Karisma, featuring belly dancers, Arabian food and camels, to entertain the guests.
On the day three, guests will attend a fun pool party, perfect to enjoy the amazing location and get some color on their skin before the grand event: the Gourmet Inclusive Vacation Consultant Awards 2014, starting promptly at 6.30 p.m.
The GIVC 2014 promise a great night! Additionally to awarding every diamond category, there are also awards on top sales for weddings, and for every resort managed by Karisma.
Moreover, this year Mrs. Dolores Lopez Lira and Mr. Jose Luis Martinez Alday, owners of El Dorado Spa Resorts & Hotels and Generations Resorts, will be giving out an amazing cash prize of $100,000 USD! These monies will be divided among 40 of the Top Selling Agents. Additionally, Tony Perrone, US and Mexico Regional Manager for AAA Travel, will be handing three coveted AAA Four Diamond Awards to Generations Riviera Maya by Karisma, El Dorado Casitas Royale, A Spa Resort by Karisma and El Dorado Seaside Suites by Karisma.
In addition, on December 6th, guests will be invited to the ribbon cutting of the newEssence section atAzul Fives:A new concept that will feature and reveal the Gourmet Plaza, plus 4 new restaurants and 2 bars, plus 2 incredibly amazing new villas, as part of the hotel’s latest expansion.
